Join our team as a Human Factors Engineer focused on improving HFE standards in nuclear projects at Pickering. This hybrid position allows remote work while overseeing critical engineering tasks.
We are looking for an experienced Human Factors Engineer to support our Nuclear Refurbishment projects. Your role will involve managing vendor deliverables, ensuring adherence to HFE guidelines, and conducting thorough evaluations of HFE-related documentation. You will also engage in project regulatory interfaces and assessments.
Key Responsibilities: • Actively manage HFE projects through all phases • Collaborate with vendors for HFE reporting and deliverables • Conduct HF analysis and prepare evaluation reports • Review vendor designs under ECC governance • Support commissioning review and close-out activities
Requirements: • Must be qualified as “Design Engineer of Human-Machine Interfaces” • CANDU experience is essential • Current qualifications under Nuclear Des...
