Reports To
Group Managing Director and Group Finance Director
Job Purpose
Lead and oversee the Group's Human Resource, Administration, Industrial Relations, Compliance, Recruitment, Payroll Governance, Corporate Administration and Operational Support functions to ensure effective people management, regulatory compliance and smooth business operations across multiple companies and branches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resource Management
Develop, implement and review HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding and probation processes.
Oversee manpower planning and workforce requirements.
Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
Support succession planning and talent retention programs.
Manage employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
