Job Purpose
The Human Resources and Administration Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing human resource strategies and administrative functions that support the achievement of organizational objectives. The role ensures effective talent management, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, performance management, and efficient administration of office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee induction processes.
• Coordinate employee performance management and appraisal systems.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
• Develop and oversee training, learning, and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
