You demonstrate exceptional tact when providing administrative support for employee relations and labour relations matters to management, supervisors and employees. Your ability to provide sound judgment and adherence to confidentiality in the application of policies and procedures is essential to offer accurate guidance for staff and management throughout the College.
Qualifications
- Completion of a post‑secondary degree or diploma in a directly related program (e.g., Human Resources Management) with a minimum of two years of recruitment and staffing experience in a unionized HR environment, including experience working with collective agreements and confidential issues.
