Human Resources Business Partner

Explore this exciting opportunity in southern Saskatchewan! As Human Resources Business Partner you will be responsible for all areas of Human Resources including employee relations, workforce planning & recruitment, career development and more. You will collaborate with the off‑site Head Office HR/Management team of a well‑established agricultural livestock client. Working from your home office, you will provide HR leadership and guidance to over 80 managers and employees at three South Saskatchewan agricultural locations. Travel at least quarterly to each location is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with on‑site leaders and employees to build and maintain a positive, engaged, and productive work environment.
• Conduct on‑site visits, meet with employees, conduct new employee orientation and training, and work within the agricultural operations near livestock while abiding by all biosecurity protocols.
