The Human Resources and Safety Coordinator supports recruitment, onboarding, and workplace safety initiatives. This position blends hands‑on operational responsibilities with administrative functions and requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to safety protocols, company policies and regulatory standards
- Incident Reporting: Coordinate workplace incident reporting, including injuries, vehicle accidents, and property damage, and liaise with Safety and Disability Management on return‑to‑work cases.
- Record‑Keeping: Maintain training and safety documentation, compliance and audit records, including responsibility for JHSC meeting minutes and ongoing monitoring of hazard submission.
