Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive with 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in tech hiring and HR operations. This is a full-time role based out of Indore. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes. You’ll work closely with the HR, operations, and leadership teams to support organizational growth and create a strong internal culture.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Independently manage end-to-end hiring for tech roles (AI/ML, Engineering, Product) and non-tech roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, communities, and other sourcing channels.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless communication with candidates and hiring managers.
