Mason Harding are exclusively supporting a PE-backed life sciences manufacturing group to recruit a Human Resources Generalist to support their growing operations across North America.
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for recruitment efforts, employee relations, new hire orientation and onboarding, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence.
Key responsibilities of the role breakdown into: -
PAYROLL
- Prepares, processes, and validates bi-weekly payroll to ensure accurate and timely employee remuneration.
- Compiles and prepares payroll data such as garnishments, time off, commission and bonus payments, insurance, and other deductions.
- Ensures collection of accurate and complete time information. Reminds employees and managers as needed.
- Updates and maintains all employee information in the payroll system.
