Recruit, screen and perform initial interviews of applicants. May perform other activities in multiple human resources areas:
- Hire employees and process hiring-related paper works and endorsements
- Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as Phil Labor Law.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards or regulations
- Prepare and maintain employment records related to events: hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using HR management system software
- Address employee relations issues and concerns
- Administer compensation or benefits programs
- Collaborates with different departments for the hiring requirements and resolution of employee concerns.
- Reports directly to the Director of Operations and CEO
