HumCap is hiring an HR Consultant to act as a hands-on operational partner across a portfolio of growing clients. You’ll step directly into real environments — stabilizing HR operations, solving day-to-day issues, and helping teams run better.
This is ideal for someone who:
- Gets bored doing the same HR job every day
- Likes solving problems, not just processing paperwork
- Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
