Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end‑to‑end hiring for plant and office‑based roles (screening, interviewing, job offers).
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires assigned to the manufacturing plant.
- Maintain updated manpower profiles and support workforce planning requirements.
2. Employee & Labor Relations
- Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and support disciplinary actions following company guidelines and the Labor Code.
- Assist in handling CBA concerns (if applicable), engagements with workers’ representatives, and plant‑level ER initiatives.
- Maintain harmonious working relationships across production shifts and support cycle‑count feedback mechanisms (pulse checks, skip-level check-ins).
