We are seeking a motivated and hands-on HR & Recruiting Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through employee relations and HR administration. This is a highly visible role that requires someone who can balance recruiting responsibilities with day-to-day human resources functions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
