JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Human Resource Management
Lead and manage the overall Human Resources and Administration functions across the entire Seaboard Group including all subsidiary companies.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement activities.
Advise management on employee handbook updates, HR policy drafting, policy enhancement initiatives, and HR best practices.
Ensure proper maintenance, filing, tracking, and record management of all official company and HR-related documents.
Monitor staff attendance, leave management, and overall HR operational effectiveness
2. Foreign Worker & Hostel Management
Handle and oversee all matters related to foreign worker applications, renewals, cancellations, and permit processing.
