Human Resources Manager

Caron Equipment is seeking a dedicated andmotivated Human Resources Manager to support our growing operations. Reportingto senior leadership, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for providingguidance and support in all areas of Human Resources, including employeerelations, labour relations, recruitment, workforce planning, employeeengagement, compensation and benefits administration, policy development, andorganizational effectiveness. This role works closely with leaders acrossmultiple sites to ensure consistent application of HR programs, compliance withlegislation and collective agreements, and the development of a positive andproductive workplace culture.
