**Opportunity**
Role Purpose
Under the leadership of the Dir - Human Resources LATAM, the Manager HR in
partnership with plant leadership will be responsible for the talent & culture strategy
for identified facility.
This role will develop, direct, plan and execute people initiatives
as well as lead an on - site HR team that enables the organization to meet its business
objectives.
Will be responsible also, for creating and fostering an inclusive and
competitive culture among all the employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with associates and union leadership by spending
time on the manufacturing floor, working with managers and supervisors, and
developing a strong communications strategy.
Have periodical meetings with
the union, documenting all the action plans, needs and agreements.
