Job Description

Purpose Statement: Responsible for the effective execution of the assigned HR Operations process in accordance with the quality delivery and expectations to meet HR Shared Service KPI. Provide guidance and training to entry level of HR operations daily processes. Must be knowledgeable of HR Operations processes, HR systems, company benefits, HR policies, procedures and programs.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Review and audit HR transactions relating to workers' life cycle or employment job changes (e.g., hires, terminations, transfers, promotion, etc). Execute HR transactions relating to mass organization changes. Work with COE or other function in upgrading the HR system. Responsible to transition the system and business process setup for system enhancement relating to workers' life cycle to HR Shared Services Tier 1. Troubleshoot and provide solutions from HR Shared Services Tier 1 pertaining to worker's life cycle or employment job changes. Support the team...
