HVAC TECHNICIAN ((RIYADH)

To carry out routine maintenance, service and repair requests associated with the AC system as requested by his supervisory staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintenance of window A/C and all type of split AC

Roof mounted Chillers and associated compressor status and correct periodic preventive maintenance.

Air Handling Units primary and secondary filter monitoring inclined manometer maintenance.

Chilled water pumps plant maintenance and operation

FCU, Fan coil unit maintenance for all areas, with special attention to patient rooms.

Replacing filters, filter bags, oils and refrigerant.

Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs.
