HWRC Operative - Blantyre
Biffa is looking for a HWRC Operative to assist the public at our Blantyre Household Waste Recycling Centre with recycling and waste.
Hourly rate: £12.91
Shift pattern
- April to September: Monday to Friday 07:45 to 19:15
- Saturday 07:45 to 18:15
- Sunday 07:45 to 17:15
- October to March: 07:45 to 17:15, 7 days a week
Your Core Responsibilities
- Working with the public to maximise recycling on site
- Manual handling items on site assisting the public with various waste and recycling
- Helping to ensure the site is clean and tidy at all times
- Being proactive in promoting and maintaining a safe and friendly working environment

- Experience in dealing with the general public
