Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client journey from legacy systems to go-live
• Analyze and validate client data for accurate setup
• Partner with technical teams to resolve discrepancies
• Conduct gap analyses and advise on workflow changes
• Deliver training and support during initial payroll runs
Requirements:
• 1+ years in payroll, tax, or benefits administration
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset
