Job Description
Join our dynamic engineering team as a Staff Engineer with Treasure in a hybrid role based in Tokyo or Vancouver. This role focuses on backend engineering with React frontend architecture and real-time marketing solutions.
Treasure is seeking three Staff Engineers, two located in Tokyo and one in Vancouver. You will serve as a technical anchor, collaborating with teams to architect systems processing large marketing datasets. Your expertise in backend or distributed systems engineering will enable personalized agentic interactions tightly interwoven with our technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect systems for real-time marketing dataset processing
• Develop clean React frontends in collaborative projects
• Contribute as a backend or distributed systems engineer
• Work cross-functionally to enhance agentic experiences
• Ensure best-in-class integrations across our systems
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Rails, Typescript/Lambda, React, and Kotlin
