Instrumentation & Control Construction Supervisor
Full time, site based role. PAYE Salary. Approximate 5 year contract (Dependent on project completion).
This role supports the delivery of a Nuclear New Build in Bridgwater. The supervisor will be responsible for the execution of electrical and I&C erection works, managing subcontractors on site, and ensuring safe, high‑quality delivery through to turnover and handover to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical and I&C installation and erection works.
- Manage subcontractors and site resources.
- Coordinate with engineering and site management.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC and EHS requirements.
- Maintain construction, quality and as-built records.
- Manage turnover packages and support commissioning.
- Drive programme, cost control and safe delivery.
