The Role
ArvatoConnect is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic ICT Technical Team Member to join our ICT team in Swansea. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP and Unit4 ERP systems, as well as other critical applications. From 2nd & 3rd line support to daily system checks and incident resolution, you’ll be at the heart of technical troubleshooting and process optimisation. *This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of 2 days of onsite presence at our Swansea office each week.
