+ Assemble and wire components using clear digital work instructions (iPad-based)
+ Work across multiple stages: pre-assembly, wiring, mechanical build, and inspection
+ Use hand & power tools (drills, torque tools, crimpers, etc.)
+ Read blueprints, follow work orders, and ensure top-quality builds
+ Perform wiring, crimping, labeling, and mechanical fitting
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace (5S)

+ 0–1 year experience (assembly, automotive, or hands-on work welcome)
+ Strong mechanical aptitude & basic wiring skills
