Impactful Learning Support Assistant (Term-Time)

EMEA3 Recruitment is seeking a Learning Support Assistant at Manor Green College in Ifield. This role involves working 35 hours weekly to support students with Learning Difficulties, including one-to-one specialist support. The successful candidate will possess enthusiasm, motivation, and a desire to aid children in their education.

The salary ranges from £13.26 to £13.47 per hour, paid on a pro-rata basis, and is part of a Fixed Term Contract until July 2026. The position provides excellent CPD opportunities and various employee support benefits.
