Job Description
On-Demand Group is currently seeking an Implementation/Business Analyst for a 6+ month contract engagement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in working as an Analyst for client-facing SaaS implementations
- Understanding or experience with Figma (additional training available for Figma as well)
- Proficiency with JIRA and the ability to write User Stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite of products (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, etc.)
- Agile software development experience
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to share creative and new ideas
- Organizational and time management skills
- Continuous process improvement skills
