Job Description
We are looking for an Implementation & Training Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will:
Conduct product trainings for new staff and travel industry clients.
Support Tour Operator clients during Go-Live , identifying gaps, resolving queries, and guiding setup.
Gather requirements and create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FSD) .
Analyze client business processes and recommend system configurations.
Assist with testing, documentation, and user manuals .
Who We're Looking For:
Candidates from all tour and travel agencies with experience in operations or travel technology.
4+ years of experience in the travel industry or travel software implementation.
Knowledge of tour operating processes and travel technology.
Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
