Implementation Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As an Implementation engineer, you will be responsible for the evaluation, design, documentation, installation, implementation, testing, maintenance, operation, removal and upgrade, and modification of audio-visual and video teleconferencing equipment systems.
• Collaborating with an innovative technical team, the Implementation engineer resolves system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolation, also working to repair, replace, or reprogram faulty equipment when necessary.
• You will perform intricate alignment and calibration procedures to ensure AV systems are operating efficiently, providing customer consulting and training on controls, interfaces, and uses of the AV equipment.
• Additional responsibilities of an Implementation engineer include providing life cycle refreshment projections for infrastructure and AV equipment, as well as conducting site surveys to establish AV equipment customer requirem...
