Job Description
The Implementation Engineer is responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex technical services to customers, managing processes, maintaining customer communication, and executing technical services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute complex technical projects to establish or bolster the company’s position within the customer base.
- Configure and deliver servers for implementations and migrations.
- Set up HA & DR redundancy configurations and deliveries.
- Configure sandboxes and make database changes.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Project Management to ensure SLAs are met for scheduling and delivering customer events.
- Maintain cohesive records of changes made to customer environments.
- Maintain server setup guides and other process documentation for technical activities.
- Communicate directly with customers to scope and resolve requests.
