Job Description
What will you do?
- Be responsible for the full delivery of CPQ 365 implementations across all sites (more than 40 units).
- Validate that each site is ready for implementation using a defined framework and readiness checklists.
- Ensure that the implementation plan is aligned with organizational processes for application launches.
- Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Communicate plans, schedules, and expectations clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Set deadlines, track commitments, and hold teams accountable, even without direct line authority.
- Prepare and maintain reports on the status of the project, identifying and escalating risks or issues that could affect quality or schedule.
- Lead a two-week period of intensive support (hypercare) after the system goes live.
