Job Description
Role Purpose:
- Drive and support the successful implementation of business awards for business development customers
- Ensure adherence to implementation procedures and best practices.
- Oversee the execution of award implementations within the country.
- Analyze business and operational needs to determine solution feasibility and requirements.
- Translate business/operational requirements into implementation plans
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of operational implementation projects (scope, timelines, milestones).
- Provide support after go-live, ensuring smooth operational transition and addressing early challenges.
- Maintain documentation on system configurations, customizations, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment and resolve implementation issues.
