About the Role
A reputable client in the pharmaceutical industry is launching a major global initiative to transform customer engagement operations. As the Implementation Workstream Lead , you will serve as the central orchestrator for the end‑to‑end rollout of a next‑generation customer engagement platform across multiple countries.
You will lead the Implementation Squads Workstream, own the integrated rollout strategy, and ensure affiliates are fully prepared for a seamless transition from build to go-live through hypercare.
This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management, matrix leadership, and the ability to drive execution across distributed teams.
