Job Description
**Essential Job Functions**
- Interfaces with applicable internal (company) and external (client) departments to gather information and provide input on all matters affecting the measurement of operations performance;
- Follow up own monthly performance reports to accomplish the goals proposed;
- Analyzes client RFQ or ad hoc details information and construct a response/proposal document;
- Evaluates and identify potential opportunities for improvements, including analyzing carrier client satisfaction, and ensure excellent service execution;
- Provide a internal quotes/costs regarding internal/current customers considering market scenario/availability analysis;
- Analysis, review and control of Import processes from the invoice issued to the arrival of the cargo at the BR terminal;
- Monitoring with agents and dispatchers the release of cargo with the IRS;
- Frequent communication with the PSL and involved departments for good order and control of the process;
