Job Summary
• The successful candidate will join our team as an Intelligent Network Engineer in the IT department. (S)He will report to the IN Manager and assist in achieving the team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• The primary focus will be on ensuring the operational consistency of the Intelligent Network system and performing the necessary support activities for the platform, which include routine maintenance and level two maintenance.
• The individual will also provide first and second-level maintenance support for all components of the billing ecosystem. This includes handling all escalations from the first line of support, implementing platform upgrades, and facilitating system expansions.
