In-process QA Technician

Job Description:

Develop and implement quality control procedures for  materials and products.

Work closely with suppliers to address quality concerns, provide feedback, and ensure continuous improvement in product quality.

Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure consistency and reliability in the delivery of high-quality materials and components.

Identify and document non-conforming materials, components, and parts, and work with suppliers to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to resolve quality issues and improve overall product quality

Maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken, and prepare reports for management review.

Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement in the incoming quality process.
