Description
The Inbound Operations Manager owns the execution and scaling of Amazon's We Pay inbound transportation program in Brazil, running the control of inbound freight from vendor warehouses to FCs, managing logistics on behalf of selected partners. Amazon picks up goods at vendor locations, coordinates carrier assignment, manages routing and scheduling, and delivers to the FC network.

This role is the strategic and operational owner of the program: designing scalable processes, managing carrier and vendor performance, driving cost efficiency through optimization and building the mechanisms that enable the program to grow. The Manager works at the intersection of vendor operations, carrier management, fiscal compliance, network planning, and financial governance — owning both the daily execution and the long-term roadmap.
