Job Description
Mandatory skills:
- Technically skilled in IIS, monitoring, and alerting tools Datadog
- Power automates(power script), AWS/Azure, ticketing tools like ServiceNow or any tools
- They need to have certification of ITIL or minimum 5 years of ITIL processes followed in their support project, previous exp in 24/7 and 24/5 production L1 support projects
- Analyzing incidents or services, updating resolution notes
- Adaptability to learn new technologies like salesforce
- Excellent communication skills- since they should directly interact with stakeholders
- Experience in managing or handling managed service projects
