We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Inclusion & Belonging Lead to bring our Inclusion & Belonging Strategy to life and lead the continued evolution of our First Nations employment and engagement initiatives.
In this role, you’ll drive enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen inclusion, accessibility, belonging and cultural capability across Officeworks. A key focus will be leading our Deadly Stores program and partnering with leaders to improve First Nations attraction, retention and team member experience.
Working across People, Retail Operations, Property, Supply Chain, Customer & Online, Commercial, Communications and Community teams, you’ll influence strategic priorities, deliver measurable outcomes and help create a workplace where everyone can thrive.
