Purpose of the Job

The Industrial Engineer will design, implement and improve processes to enhance quality, efficiency and sustainability. A key focus of the role will be to analyse existing processes, identify area of improvement and implement changes to optimise operations. The role analyses workflows, develop process improvements and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience Matric (Grade 12) Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Industrial Engineering or other relevant qualification At least 5 years relevant experience in similar position and/or level, in Automotive Manufacturing Advantageous – Press and Weld Background Technical Pre-Requisite SAP S/4 Hana software knowledge to design, simulate and analyse processes Strong engineering fundamentals Experience with Production Processes and quality Ability to design and implement control systems to regulate process parameters Safety Knowledge Ability to run simulations ...
