Information Systems & Digital Platforms Manager - Permanent - 19137 A well-established nonprofit organization, headquartered in Downtown Ottawa, is looking for a Bilingual Information Systems & Digital Platforms Manager to join their growing Operations team. The Information Systems & Digital Platforms Manager is responsible for the strategy, performance, and continuous evolution of the organization’s core business systems and digital ecosystem. This role ensures that internal operational platforms and external-facing digital solutions, including customer databases, web platforms, integrations, and reporting tools, effectively support business operations, user experience, and data-driven decision‑making.

Fluent bilingualism in both official languages is imperative. Moreover, this is a hybrid role consisting of three days per week in office.
