About the Role

As the IT Controller, you will sit just one level below the IT Director. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will directly manage a diverse team of 50+ professionals. You will be the guardian of IT performance, ensuring that our technical resources align with our financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:
  Directly manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of 50+ IT professionals.
• Operational Oversight:
  Monitor IT service delivery and ensure all systems meet organizational standards.
• Financial Stewardship:
  Oversee the IT budget, tracking expenditures and optimizing resource allocation.
• Strategic Reporting:
  Act as the primary liaison for the IT Director, providing data-driven insights on team performance and project health.
• Compliance & Governance:
  Ensure all IT activities adhere to corporate policies and industry regulations.
