Information Technology Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking an IT Service Coordinator to support one of our Virginia state clients, this will be onsite in the Richmond, VA area and a long term contract, with extensions.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the bridge between business teams and IT—making sure nothing gets lost in translation
• Own requests from start to finish (intake, follow-up, resolution)
• Communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and keep stakeholders in the loop
• Jump into escalations, problem-solve, and drive things forward
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
