Information Technology Intern

Job Summary

The IT Intern will support the IT department in providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and systems support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization’s technology infrastructure. This role is designed to give the intern hands-on experience in IT operations, system maintenance, and user support, while contributing to ongoing IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide first-level technical support to employees (e.g., password resets, system access, basic troubleshooting).
• Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Help monitor system performance and report issues to IT staff.
