Job Description
The IT Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing the company’s entire Information Technology function to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations across the steel manufacturing facility.
The role holder will develop and implement IT strategies, manage IT infrastructure, support production systems, ensure cybersecurity compliance, administer business applications including ERP systems, and provide technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience supporting IT operations within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
Tasks
- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy aligned with business objectives and manufacturing operations.
- Lead the digital transformation agenda by identifying technology solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
