• .Identify resources needed and assign or request resource assignments for engagements
• .Establish project kickoff calls and project start dates in conjunction with project stakeholders
• .Develop project schedules using appropriate tools and techniques and revise them as needed
• .Ensure all internal and customer team members understand project scope and individual responsibilities
• .Maintain schedules of tasks, deadlines, and team meetings; coordinate and communicate schedule information to the project team
• .Create and execute project work schedules and adjust them to meet changing requirements
