Information Technology Project Manager

Key Responsibilities of this job:

1. Project Planning: Define scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
2. Execution & Monitoring: Lead teams using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Track progress, manage changes, and ensure quality standards.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to executives and clients. Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
4. Resource Management: Allocate internal/external resources, including vendors. Optimize team productivity and budget adherence.
5. Risk Mitigation: Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and resolve issues proactively.
6. Compliance & Security: Ensure projects adhere to industry regulations (e.g., PDPA) and cybersecurity protocols.
7. Documentation: Maintain project artifacts (charters, RAID logs, retrospectives) and ensure audit readiness.
