• Lead IT risk and sox compliance across systems and processes
• Oversee control frameworks aligned to sox and other regulations
• Support major system integrations to ensure compliance by design
• Run second line reviews, risk assessments and compliance checks
• Drive continuous improvement across IT controls and security
