The Solutions Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of enterprise and digital applications—from solution design, build, and deployment to continuous improvement and retirement. This role acts as the bridge between business, product, and technology teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into sustainable, high-quality technical solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Ensures applications are well-maintained, supported, and continuously improved throughout their lifecycle (design, transition, operation, and retirement).
Defines and enforces Application Portfolio Management standards, ensuring technology currency, security compliance, and cost efficiency.
Oversees capacity planning, availability, reliability, and scalability of assigned applications.
