Information Technology Support Technician

We are supporting our client, an international Fortune 500 company, which is looking for an IT Support Technician to join its team in Selangor.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide corrective service for a wide range of industrial products, performing hands‑on maintenance as required and resolving complex issues. The role may involve installing new systems, including networking, as well as diagnosing a broad range of customer issues, both software‑ and hardware‑related.

All tasks must be carried out in accordance with the company’s technical and quality standards and procedures, with the goal of delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
