Information technology system technician

Our esteemed client has a permanent opportunity available in their IT Department for an IT Systems Technician .

This role will be based between their Cape Town and Stellenbosch offices on a rotational basis.

R - R CTC Per Month

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years’ experience as an IT Systems Technician, with exposure to a professional services or legal environment considered advantageous.

Requirements: Grade 12 Relevant IT certification(s) preferred (Microsoft, Comp TIA, etc.) 5–8+ years experience in a corporate IT support environment Proven experience beyond basic helpdesk work Experience in a professional services or legal environment is advantageous Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 support experience Strong Windows Server with Hyper V and VMWare Solid understanding of AD, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SMTP Experience supporting Teams, Share Point, Exchange, Exchange Online and Defender Working knowledge of network infrastructure ...
