The NATO Communications & Information Agency (NCIA) is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Platform Support Engineer to provide hands-on IaaS and PaaS expertise for the Assurance Solutions Branch in The Hague. This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing NATO’s secure infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security compliance, and continuous improvement of platform services.
Responsibilities:
Service Availability & Maintenance: Perform preventive and reactive maintenance, updates, patches, and bug fixes to ensure infrastructure and platform availability.
Security Compliance: Align systems with NATO and NCIA security policies, support security accreditation activities, and enforce access management.
